Effective 20 July 2026.
1. General provisions
This policy explains how the Vladislove website processes visitors’ personal data and sets the rules for using photographs and other content published on the website. The data controller is the website owner and photographer operating under the Vladislove name in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (the “Controller”). The Controller can be reached through the Telegram or email details in the Contacts section.
2. Data processed
When a visitor submits an enquiry, the website processes information provided voluntarily: name, phone number, Telegram username, type of shoot, preferred date, comment, page language, a technical request identifier and the time of consent. The server also receives ordinary connection data, including the network address and browser information; the website derives a technical hash from this data to protect the form against spam. Please do not include health information, identity-document details, banking data or other sensitive information in the comment unless it is necessary to discuss the shoot.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer an enquiry, contact the visitor, agree the format, date and location of a shoot, prepare an offer, keep an enquiry history, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on the visitor’s voluntary consent and, once an order is discussed, where applicable on steps taken at the visitor’s request, entering into and performing a contract, and legal requirements. The website does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for a visitor.
4. Processing and retention
The Controller may collect, record, organise, store, correct, retrieve, use, restrict and delete data to the extent necessary for these purposes. Data is retained until the enquiry and shoot have been completed, consent is withdrawn or the processing purpose no longer applies, whichever occurs first, unless applicable law or an active contract requires certain information to be kept longer. After deletion from the active database, residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until scheduled rotation and are used only for system recovery.
5. Data sharing
The Controller does not sell data, provide it for third-party advertising or publish enquiry contents. When notifications are enabled, information from an enquiry may be sent to the Controller through Telegram; Telegram then processes that information under its own terms and may use infrastructure in other jurisdictions. Access may also be given to technical service providers only to the extent needed to operate and secure the website, or to public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
6. Security and browser storage
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, including access controls, a protected administration area, backups, upload validation and request rate limits. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Public pages do not use advertising trackers. The selected theme is stored in localStorage and the selected shoot type in the browser’s sessionStorage; visitors can remove these values using their browser controls.
7. Visitor rights
A visitor may request information about processing, ask for correction, restriction or deletion of data, withdraw consent, and complain to the competent authority or a court. Requests can be sent through the website contacts; to protect personal data, the Controller may ask the requester to verify their identity and connection to the relevant enquiry. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid and does not override retention required by law or contract.
8. Photographs and other content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the exclusive rights in photographs, text, design and other website content belong to the Vladislove photographer or the relevant rights holders. Publishing content on the website does not transfer any exclusive right or grant a licence for further use. Viewing pages and posting an ordinary link to the original public page are permitted provided the link does not suggest partnership or endorsement and does not bypass access restrictions.
Without the rights holder’s prior written permission, it is prohibited to copy or download content for further use beyond cases expressly permitted by law; republish or upload a copy of a file; distribute, publicly display, sell, license or provide it to third parties; crop, retouch, filter, or remove watermarks or metadata; place it on social networks, media outlets, catalogues, websites, marketplaces, products or presentations; use it in advertising, promotion, business activity or any other commercial project; or scrape it automatically, include it in datasets, or use it to train or evaluate artificial-intelligence systems. Crediting the author or linking to the website does not by itself replace written permission. Any commercial or promotional use without approval is prohibited. The use of photographs delivered to a client after a shoot is governed by the relevant contract or separate written agreement.
To request permission, contact the Controller in advance through the Contacts section and identify the content, method, platform, duration and territory of the proposed use. Unauthorised use may result in a demand to stop the use, remove copies and compensate losses or pay any compensation available under applicable law.
9. Images of people and children’s shoots
Publication of a photograph on the website does not mean that the person shown has authorised visitors to use their likeness. Further use may separately require the consent of that person or their legal representative. Consent to process data from the enquiry form is not consent to being photographed or to publication of photographs; those terms are agreed separately. An adult submitting an enquiry about a child’s shoot confirms that they have the necessary authority and should not provide the child’s contact or sensitive information unless necessary.
10. Changes and contact
The Controller may update this document when the website, processing practices or legal requirements change. A new version takes effect when published unless it states otherwise. The English text is provided for convenience; if the versions differ, the Russian text controls to the extent permitted by law. Questions about personal data, requests to use photographs and deletion requests should be sent through the website contacts.
